About Me

I’m a British actor and Alexander Technique teacher based in Barcelona. I I help actors, performers, and professionals who rely on voice and communication to work with greater ease, clarity, and presence.

Decades of experience in performance give me the unique opportunity to better understand and serve my students both a teacher and fellow actor. I bring together practical acting tools and a deep knowledge of the Alexander Technique to help people in all fields of performance and presenting.

At the Institute of the Arts Barcelona, I teach group classes for performers and provide individual sessions within the school’s health programme. I also offer one-to-one Alexander Technique sessions in Barcelona and Sitges.
