About Me

I’m a British actor and Alexander Technique teacher based in Barcelona. I help actors, performers, and professionals who rely on voice and communication to work with greater ease, clarity, and presence.

As an actor, I have worked extensively in theatre, including with the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, as well as in film and television in both the UK and Spain.Decades of experience in performance give me the unique opportunity to better understand and serve my students both a teacher and fellow actor. I bring together practical acting tools and a deep knowledge of the Alexander Technique to help people in all fields of performance and presenting.

My experience as an Alexander Practitioner includes collaborations with Actors Equity, The London Business School, Frank Stein Studios, Humanhood Dance Company, and The Fleur Darkin Company.

At The Institute of the Arts Barcelona, I am an acting and Alexander lecturer. I teach groups and provide individual sessions within the school’s health programme. I also offer private Alexander Technique sessions in Barcelona and Sitges.
